Refcon sandwich panels have a polyurethane Rigid -based foam cores which are manufactured by injecting row materials (Polyol and Isocyanate) by a high pressure injection machine and continous production line machine (for excellent homogeneous mixture) to inside of two pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, this process accurse in a molding frame under a high compression tables to increase foam density, strength and rigidity.
